In consecinta nu pierde timpul, du-te si te culca.

It is an offence for a person to procure a woman, by false pretences or false representations, to have unlawful sexual intercourse in any part of the world. (Sexual Offences Act, 1956, Part I , 3 - (1) http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts1956/PDF/u...19560069_en.pdf )
Section 1: Rape 10. Section 1 makes it an offence for a person (A) intentionally to penetrate with his penis the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) without that person's consent if A does not reasonably believe that B consents. Subsection (2) provides that whether a belief in consent is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents. This and the offence in section 5 are the only offences that can only be committed by a male, because they relate to penile penetration. Subsection (3) provides that sections 75 and 76 apply to this offence. Sections 75 and 76 deal with evidential and conclusive presumptions about consent. ( http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/en2003/2003en42.htm ) Si ce e mai important: “A person consents if s/he agrees by choice and has the freedom and capacity to make that choice.” Sexual Offences Act 2003 (se aplica din 2004 incoace), section 74. ( http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/documents/adu...let?view=Binary ; http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/crime-victims...nces/?version=4 ) In al doilea link din ultimul paragraf veti gasi si all sexual offences now apply equally to males and females of any sexual orientation , ca sa nu mai spuneti ca sunteti discriminati, masculilor De asemenea in primul link din ultimul paragraf veti gasi si asta: Consent in practice “I said no and he tried to talk me into it.Then he started shouting and getting angry. In the end I went along with it. I was too scared to say anything.” “I was in a pub. This guy asked me to have sex. I didn’t respond, and escaped to the loo. He followed me in, pushed me into a cubicle, and raped me.” “I told him I was too tired to have sex. I went to sleep, and woke up to find him starting to have sex with me. He refused to stop.” None of these people gave their consent. Giving consent is active, not passive. It means freely choosing to say ‘yes’. It is up to everyone to make sure that their partner agrees to sexual activity. Asa ca ... Va las pe voi sa trageti concluziile (ultima bucata e din Actul din 2003, explicat pe intelesul tuturor ) |
