Ador gustul cafelei. Preferata mea e Starbucks Columbia...Daca cafeaua e proasta, o beau cu lapte, ca sa nu simt gustul naspa...Daca e de buna calitate, o beau pura, fara zahar si fara lapte...
In anii studentiei dormeam 4 ore pe noapte si invatam ca un prost (i.e. non-stop)...aveam nevoie de trei cafele zdravene pe zi: 1. de dimineata, bauta cu ochii rosii de nesomn; 2. de amiaza, bauta dupa masa ca sa sar peste siesta; 3. de seara, bauta dupa 8pm, ca sa pot sa stau treaz pana noaptea la 3am... Anii au trecut, placerea pentru cafea a ramas, DAR: - am aflat ca e un fals energizant: provoaca o crestere a energiei imediat dupa ce o bei, dar dup'aia cazi din nou... - da dependenta... - organismul dezvolta toleranta la cafea, astfel ca trebuie sa tot marim cantitatea de cafea consumata pentru a obtine acelasi efect... - deshidrateaza organismul...ceea ce rezulta in scaderea nivelului energetic si a poftei de munca - distruge potasiul din organism...ma tot miram de ce am senzatie de febra musculara FARA sa practic nici un sport: raspunsul se pare ca e lipsa de potasiu (din cate-am auzit, bananele au potasiu, dar nu-mi prea plac). Asa ca am inceput o dureroasa batalie cu mine insumi: reducerea drastica a consumului de cafea... Voi cum stati la capitolul asta? Va place cafeaua? Cum o beti? Cat beti? Ati incercat sa renuntati? |
