PageRank-ul reprezinta o tehnologie folosita de Google (si, mai nou, de Yahoo) pentru a masura importanta unei pagini pentru un anume cuvant cheie, in functie de link-urile care duc spre pagina respectiva.

Google incepe sa faca update-uri la pagerank tot mai rar dar nu cred ca a renuntat in totalitate la concept. Vrea sa ne creeze o falsa impresie.

Cu alte cuvinte se face prea mult caz de Page Rank. Administratorii trebuie sa-si concentra efortul asupra continutului site-ului lor si nu asupra optimizarii pentru motoarele de cautare. Daca site-ul este bogat in continut si util o clasare buna in motoarele de cautare va veni de la sine.

din cate stiu eu intradevar nu mai conteaza chiar atat de mult PR-ul din google. oricum in romania cel mai mare e softpedia si cu top100 cu 6 astea ce am vazut eu. in rest de la 5 in jos. personal eu am tras destul de tare pe http://www.streetracing.ro si am ajuns in 9 luni la PR de 4. ce e cel mai interesant ca trafic si cu statistici au 0 ?!!?
Din cate am auzit eu, statistici si trafic au fost penalizate ... nu stiu de ce ...

Eu cred ca din cauza redirectarilor si a continutului care este disponibil la mai multe adrese.
Page Redirection si Mirroring domains sunt doar doua din tehnicile de spam ne-agreate de motoarele de cautare.
